a wide variety of recipes different grains. i'm not a true health nut, which is what this book may be more intended for. many of the recipes don't look like they'd be appetizing to the "layman". i haven't tried any yet though, so i don't want to prejudge it. it's not a bad book, just don't think it'll be my favorite is all.
