I'm a professional cook. I have been collecting cookbooks for several years. During this time I have bought some great books and some not so great. This book has alot of ideas. From apps., soups, salads, main courses, and deserts. I lost this cookbook in the U.S. mail. I liked it so much that I have searched it out here to purchase again. If I didn't cook for a living I would have given it 5 stars. It is a valuable source regardless. You will really be cooking with great cooks!
