Format: Plastic Comb Verified Purchase
I lost a lot of weight on the Medifast diet which is soy based. Transitioning to eating regular food from the meal replacements is a concern. This cookbook gives you the calories, diabetic exchanges, and healthy exchanges which is really helpful. Cooking with soy is new for me so I really appreciate the recipes and recommendations for soy products.

Format: Plastic Comb Verified Purchase
These are not your average Soy recipes. No tofu, but some awesome delicious recipes you would not ordinarily associate with soy. As always just plain good comfort food when it comes to JoAnna Lund recipes.
