5.0 out of 5 stars Flavorful and Healthy Recipes, November 20, 2010
This review is from: Cooking with Herbs: Over 200 Delicious Recipes for Good Health and Long Life (Paperback)
I have the hardcover version of this book and love it! Each chapter is dedicated to an herb (or spice) and is introduced with information about its health benefits and general recommendations for usage. Each recipe in the chapter includes cooking/prep time and basic nutritional information (calories, protein, carbs, fiber, cholesterol, etc.). Best of all, every recipe I've tried has been at least decent, and some have made my all-time favorites list!

Among my favorites: Mahi Mahi with Fruit Salsa, Corn and Potato Soup with Thyme, and Simple Black Bean Chili with Orange-Jicama Salsa.
