Kurma presents a vegetarian cookery book that has exciting receipes that can easilly be adapted to suit all appetites, (or more likely, absence of two or three obscure ingredients that would otherwise require you to dash off to the grocer every time you cooked a meal). Try Gopal's Famous Vegie Burgers! You can adapt this recipe to Gopal's Famous Vegie Burgers CURRIED, or even better adapt it to, Gopal's Famous Vegie Burgers SHEPHERD's PIE (I hope Kurma doesn't read this! Another great recipe that MUST be tried is the Nth. Indian Potato & Cauliflower Curry. All in all, a good book! (You'll even learn what ASAFOETIDA powder is - also known as devil's dung!) END
