A must have cookbook for everyone.
I am not a great cook and can't always take the time to try new recipes, but the photos got me inspired and the recipes kept me going. The recipes are easy enough for everyday use. My daughter is learning how to cook and this is a great book for her to start with. Now I'm checking out the other Cooking Light cookbooks.

NOT the annual recipes
I do like Cooking Light recipes, so I'm sure the ones in the book are fine. However, I just ordered a copy for myself and it is NOT the annual recipes book. I am trying to replace my Cooking Light magazine collection with the books (to save space) and this does not contain the recipes from the magazines from 1995 (they put the books out the following year for the previous...

I bought this book when it first came out and I use it over and over again. The recipes are easy, they turn out great and best of all my family will eat the things I make. I think you will like it too.
