I gave this as a gift and she made a dish from the book - the food was great. The cookbook also has great pictures and a good selection of recipes. I am going to buy this for myself.

This is a very nice little cookbook, with lots of good recipes and great illustrations. I've made many of the recipes and have been pleased with the results. Given the size of the cookbook and number of recipes you get, however, it is a little pricey.

I keep reaching for this book again and again. The photos are gorgeous and everything looks so good! The Pasta with Roasted Butternut Squash and Shallots on page 58 is one of my favorites. I could probably eat this a few times a week. It's that good! Also, don't expect to get only Italian pasta recipes. There are also many Asian dishes and even salads.

If this book is any reflection of the other Cooking Light books, I plan to get the rest of the collection!
