I have been looking for a copy of this 'out-of-print' cookery book since 1980! Anyone who has ever used it knows that the recipes are pure magic and far superior to most Indian cookery books. An unbelievable book of real recipes that have been elaborated and maintained by some of the finest cooks in India, working for the Holkar family..Viking Press should republish this masterpiece with proper publicity!
