It's great and the recipe's are easy to follow.

Its a great cookbook, there are many recipes, and I'm looking forward to making them.

They tasted just like the sandwiches we ordered while at the Disneyland Resort!

This is probably the least interesting cooking book from Disney Parks. There are lots of repeats from other Disney cooking books (especially from Miceky's Gourmet Cookbook) and some of the recipes are so complicated... that you end up just reading them. There are much better Disney cookbook out there; I would definitely pass on this one if you want to only own 1 Disney cookbook.

Pros -
1) easy to read
2) Great recipes
3) Had a great time reminiscing with the wife over this book
Cons -
1) The content is pretty dated as many of these places have closed down and change recipes. But that doesn't take away the value, it just means you probably won't find the specific recipe you were looking for.
2) Some typos in the book you need to watch out for, but otherwise it's a great little book.

This is a great resource for recipes everywhere from Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Resorts, as well as Disney's Cruiseline. I've only tried one recipe so far (the Honey Sesame Chicken) and it was devine (frying in a non-stick pot helps). When I find more time I plan on trying many others.

We purchased this cookbook for the Monte Cristo Sandwich recipe from the Blue Bayou Restaurant. They tasted just like the sandwiches we ordered while at the Disneyland Resort! Perfection!

We picked this book up while in Disney World and have only made a few things out of it. We made the Canadian Cheddar Cheese soup and it was great. However, the New England Pot Roast recipie says to cook a 3 lb roast for 40 min to 1 hour. I would advise you add about 3 hours to that if you want it "fork tender" as the book says. The gravy was good, though.

I'm sure most of the recipies are good. At the least, the book makes for a good souvenir.

The special recipes we enjoyed at the parks sparks the table conversation. Everyone starts talking about the fun we enjoyed on our vacations to Disneyland/Disney World. It's great and the recipe's are easy to follow.

Awesome cookbook, lots of family recipes, reliable delivery, prompt and courteous service. All the recipes look wonderfully great and will be ready to eat in a timely manner. Great organization and outlay of recipes in the book.
