We purchased this cookbook for the Monte Cristo Sandwich recipe from the Blue Bayou Restaurant. They tasted just like the sandwiches we ordered while at the Disneyland Resort! Perfection!

This is a great resource for recipes everywhere from Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Resorts, as well as Disney's Cruiseline. I've only tried one recipe so far (the Honey Sesame Chicken) and it was devine (frying in a non-stick pot helps). When I find more time I plan on trying many others.

This is probably the least interesting cooking book from Disney Parks. There are lots of repeats from other Disney cooking books (especially from Miceky's Gourmet Cookbook) and some of the recipes are so complicated... that you end up just reading them. There are much better Disney cookbook out there; I would definitely pass on this one if you want to only own 1 Disney cookbook.

Bad recipie or bad editing on at least one recipie.
We picked this book up while in Disney World and have only made a few things out of it. We made the Canadian Cheddar Cheese soup and it was great. Read more
