thought I was in Poland
excellent layout. Easy to follow directions. well written makes it easy to be polish cook and a darn good one! thank you

First Timer
Made my first-ever stuffed cabbage leaves from this book (but added lamb, as the beef-only sounded so blan.) Got a thumbs up from my Polish relatives -- so much so, they asked me to make more at Easter. Who knew? They have some variations on same receipe which is nice to try difference. The instructions are not crystal clear and require a few re-reads to...

They have some variations on same receipe which is nice to try difference. The instructions are not crystal clear and require a few re-reads to get right. Completely agree that photos would be nice . . .maybe in the next addition?
