Chef Milos displays his European charm in presenting the best ways to prepare all sorts of fish from our oceans, but he also has that down-to-Earth approach of being very practical in the kitchen. I don't care about a recipe that takes hours and hours to prepare. The chef understands that. I not only liked his simple and delicious recipes but his tips on how to tell if fish in the market are really fresh! That's worth the price of the tape by itself.
