I haven't posted many reviews but when I noticed this book had not received any reviews yet I felt compelled to add my own.

This is a wonderful book for teaching children to create their own gourmet dishes---ones they will enjoy, too! What I especially appreciate about the book is the premise that children will live up to the teachers' expectations and that they can truly create wonderful things in the kitchen with a little guidance. Too many children's cookbooks are very simplistic with seemingly boring cooking activities for children---how many times can children make a peanut butter sandwich? That's not the case with this book. After looking through it, and then using it to teach my own children, I understand why this cooking school in Aspen is so highly regarded.

I hope to teach my own children's cooking classes one day and this book with certainly be by my side!

Fun recipes for kid's combined with learning real cooking skills. Mom & Dad can help but suitable for the kid's to do all by themselves.
