Best-selling author James Hallers five books include the The Blue Strawbery Cookbook, Vie De France, and What to Eat When You Dont Feel Like Eating. When he opened the Blue Strawbery Restaurant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire he was widely acclaimed as one of the top chefs in the country. He was the guest chef for ten years on Bostons Good Day show. He lives in South Berwick, Maine.
Jeffrey Paige is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and had attained the position of Executive chef by the age of 21. For three seasons, he cooked at The Creamery Restaurant at the Canterbury Shaker Village. His work has been praised by Fortune Magazine, The Boston Globe and New England Living. He is currently the chef-owner of The Starfish Grill and Cotton, both located in Manchester, New Hampshire
