Format: Paperback
I love this cookbook. I've been wowing people with the corn & blueberry salad for years now, and the tart apple and pepper salad with warm bacon dressing--mmmmm! Unfortunately, at least one recipe was published with the wrong instructions (strawberry and cucumber salad with a honey lime dressing). You can probably figure out what to do with the four ingredients (probably similar to the sliced cucumbers with minted lemonade dressing instructions), but I wish the cookbook were error free.

Just what you expect from James Haller--simple, imaginative dishes. Have followed his recipes since the Blue Strawberry books.
