I am a big fan of English chefs. I especially love it when I can get recommended another one without being disappointed. Tom Aikens Cooking shows off his style and high level standard of cooking that I can follow like David Everitt-Matthias's Essence or Dessert. Both wildly creative and passionate for what they do. I look forward to more books in the future.
