I thought this book would go along with the Mediterranean Diet by this author and it might for some, but not for me. Many of the recipes are for game birds or items that my local supermarket does not carry....rabbit, pheasant, goose, duck. And, in most cases serve 4-8 people. While it might be fun to cook a whole duck or goose, I'd be eating it for days and days, which might just work for losing weight because by the 2nd or 3rd day I would be so tired of eating goose that I wouldn't eat much.

Nothing to eat,

There is nothing in here for a old-fashioned mid-western eater to work with. No pictures to entice me either.
