These simple but delicious recipes make the life of the food allergy sufferer much easier. They are easy to make, and the contents are readily available even in the smallest grocery stores. There is no need to ever feel hungry or deprived again. This book has a wealth of dietary advice which I have found invaluable.

I particularly liked the beginning section that had information about food allergies. Very comprehensive and easy to understand. However, I've got multiple food sensitivities and could use only about 20% of recipes.
