I love the publications from Storey. Who need a huge volume of books for a simple project! This little gem has all I need in assisting me in my journey into making and using Yogurt. I do not need one hundred recipes using yogurt, I need facts and information. I found it here, as always with one of these little books from Storey. I plan to purchase more of these to add to gift packages I will make as Christmas gifts.

I have been trying to make good yogurt for years. This cookbook makes it so simple and easy to understand. The only thing I do different from this cookbook is not use dried milk. My yogurt still comes out really good without it.
