This cookbook is for the "smart" folks that have left behind the sugar, white flour, white rice, peanut butter, sodas, aspartame, Splenda, Equal, sugar-free everything, Canola oil, Crisco, package foods, TV dinners, GMO foods, corn, non organic...
People that are comfortable with words like Organic, Grass-fed, Wild Caught seafood, Stevia, Quinoa, Coconut Oil, organic grass fed butter,

The best recipe I have found for Almond Bread is found on page 32...Asian Salad Dressing and Avocado Dressing on page 100 good recipes. Make your own Ginger Ale from, real ginger slices...

Purchase this cookbook if you want to learn to take better care of your health.

Doug's cookbooks offer many recipes that are simple to prepare and you don't have to shop around for exotic ingredients. My hubby has had to take over the cooking for the past few months and he's found them to be easy to understand.

I haven't had this book very long. But I can tell from looking at some of the recipes that this book will help in my making the transition from one way of eating to another. It's nice to see that there are still some recipes for a 'sweet tooth' while changing old eating habits for a new one. This book also inspires me to take a second look at some of my existing recipes and changing some of the ingredients to make them acceptable in an anti-fungal diet.

If you have a chronic illness in your body, try "Cooking Your Way To Good Health".
The recipes found in it will heal your body of "fungus", which will in turn allow your
body to heal itself of disease. And that is how God has designed the human body.

I bought this book as a gift for a friend, and now I want to keep it! The recipes are easy and most have comments that I know came from Doug. And Phase I and II diets are listed in the appendix. This is really good information.

Greetings, I am disappointed that I was not able to view the inside of the book prior to ordering. I received the book on Monday, June 10, 2013; I am not at all happy with the plain no picture of the dishes book. If I was able to view the book prior to purchasing, I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE. I recently purchased Big Book of Juices & Green Smoothies, it features the fruit/veggie drink and give you benefits of each fruit and veggi. This book cost me less than $15.
The Cooking your way to good health cost me $34 aprox and it is horrible. There are not benefits of the ingredients and NO NO pictures of the finished dish. NONE. This book is not worth the price you asked. I am a vegeterian and nothing in this book is worth the cost. Can I at least get half the refund back. I was not allowed to see the product before ordering it.
