I confess I bought this primarily as an inexpensive gift for a chocolate-loving friend, so my review is not thorough. I love the recipe for brownies, though, which I intend to steal back from the recipient. The washable fan format is kitchen friendly, and most of the ideas are original and tempting, though sometimes labor intensive. A good buy.
