Children will be more enthusiastic about working out to songs like the Hokey Pokey, Shout, I Heard It Through the Grapevine, Let's Twist Again, The Electric Boogie, The Bunny Hop, and more. Verbal cues are incorporated into the songs and the guide includes lyrics and directions.

I would really like this CD a lot if there weren't an annoying direction giver on it. He has a very monotone voice and tells you what to do the whole time. If you are a fitness instructor with any experience, you could do much better on your own. And he really ruins the chicken dance---anyone who knows the chicken dance knows that you don't nod your head and shrug your shoulders in it. Could be much better, I'm very disappointed.

the reason he incorporates streching, shrugging, flexing, etc into the songs is because the purpose of the CD is to give children a physical workout. It's really a CD geared towards fitness & the music is sopposed to be secondary to the workout.
