I picked this up at Anthropology, who knew it was going to become a favorite cookbook of a serious cook. The recipes are managable time wise and superbly spiced. Something tasty and relatively quick to make- many are low fat too.I have made sweet citrus scallop salad, taquilla and lime grilled shrimp, asian pork salad, spaghetti nicoise, greek salad, spiced carrot salad - all are keepers. Highly recommend this book.

I have three in this series and this one is thee absolute best combination of taste-treat recipes! So easy, so unusual and great combination of ingredients. I have my favorite recipes in each of the books but this one has many of my favorites. What a great series. You just can't go wrong with any of them.
