As a dad I struggled at night when my 5 year old continually got up from sleeping complaining she was burning up. She would basically sleep without anything on, ceiling fan on high, floor fan going and would still wake up sweating. We asked the doctor what we could do and they gave some suggestions but nothing really worked. We then ran across these sheets and thought nothing else worked so why not. I am here to tell you that they are GREAT.... We are finally sleeping through the night without any mention of being hot or waking up sweating. We have no problem washing the sheets and they are so soft that there is no need for fabric softener. Thanks again for the great product.

Cool Sensations Queen Sheet Set I bought this product because I am going thru perimenopause and my doctor at UCDavis gave me a notebook of things to help me cope with this and hot flashes. The info for this set was in there. So I looked it up and bought into the whole thing. When it came time to wash them for the first time I even followed the directions to the letter, No Fabric softener of any kind and wash them in HOT water. No dryer sheets and low temp take out promptly. When I took the bottom sheet out of the dryer it was full of pills that's not what went into the dryer. Product info states that if you use fabric softener it messes with the sheets special properties in helping with hot flashes. The only thing good about these sheets are they feel cool when you first slip into them and they do feel softer than high thread count cotton. The downside of these sheets are they get wet from your sweat and you feel it just like other sheets it doesn't "wick" away like they claim. You can't really use them in cold weather because they will keep the cold inside of the bedding found out the hard way during a brief cool spell recently. And the biggest beef I have is I can't use fabric softener which I love the smell of and I like the way it makes sheets feel softer and smell good longer and helps to prevent pilling. Not worth the price they are basically a nylon like material and you only have the choice of white. And the price is outrageous I bought the whole set because 2 pillowcases cost 1/2 of what a full queen set does. Stay away buy regular sheets that you like these also are bad for people with rough skin you can actually cause runs like in pantyhose. Wendy H. in Sacramento,CA

Well, I do like the sheets but I have to say that the top sheet slides off the bed very easily. I am just not used to that happening. It takes some getting used to.
