As a dad I struggled at night when my 5 year old continually got up from sleeping complaining she was burning up. She would basically sleep without anything on, ceiling fan on high, floor fan going and would still wake up sweating. We asked the doctor what we could do and they gave some suggestions but nothing really worked. We then ran across these sheets and thought nothing else worked so why not. I am here to tell you that they are GREAT.... We are finally sleeping through the night without any mention of being hot or waking up sweating. We have no problem washing the sheets and they are so soft that there is no need for fabric softener. Thanks again for the great product.

Cool Sensations Queen Sheet Set I bought this product because I am going thru perimenopause and my doctor at UCDavis gave me a notebook of things to help me cope with this and hot flashes. The info for this set was in there. So I looked it up and bought into the whole thing. When it came time to wash them for the first time I even followed the directions to the letter, No Fabric softener of any kind and wash them in HOT water. No dryer sheets and low temp take out promptly. When I took the bottom sheet out of the dryer it was full of pills that's not what went into the dryer. Product info states that if you use fabric softener it messes with the sheets special properties in helping with hot flashes. The only thing good about these sheets are they feel cool when you first slip into them and they do feel softer than high thread count cotton. The downside of these sheets are they get wet from your sweat and you feel it just like other sheets it doesn't "wick" away like they claim. You can't really use them in cold weather because they will keep the cold inside of the bedding found out the hard way during a brief cool spell recently. And the biggest beef I have is I can't use fabric softener which I love the smell of and I like the way it makes sheets feel softer and smell good longer and helps to prevent pilling. Not worth the price they are basically a nylon like material and you only have the choice of white. And the price is outrageous I bought the whole set because 2 pillowcases cost 1/2 of what a full queen set does. Stay away buy regular sheets that you like these also are bad for people with rough skin you can actually cause runs like in pantyhose. Wendy H. in Sacramento,CA

Well, I do like the sheets but I have to say that the top sheet slides off the bed very easily. I am just not used to that happening. It takes some getting used to.

Product is wonderful!!!! I have night sweats and this product has done more to reduce these than any medication I have tried. Also I love the pillow cases which are cool to my face when sleeping.

I was doubtful about these sheets, but I've been waking up overheated for weeks and was desperate for something. What a delight. They are tissue thin and very silky to the touch. I've always used 100% cotton sheets so I was skeptical as I put them on my mattress. But my husband and I have both noticed a big difference in our comfort level at night.
I have been recommending them to all my friends. It is such a small change, but makes a big difference in my sleep.

These sheets delivered superior quality and luxury. Beyond comfort they are soft, silky, and low maintenance. The material washes well and holds up to repeated use. The fabric, unlike cotton or silk, does not snag easily, nor does it cling or discolor. My night sweats are not as disturbing as they were with the "old" sheets. In fact, I now have minimal sleep interruptions due to hot flashes/night sweats.

These sheets did not make any temperature difference in our bed. To make matters worse, they felt like we were sleeping on thin, stretchable plastic. In fairness, we are used to high thread count sheets using egyptian cotton woven in italy - famous for its softness - so maybe we were just in a fabric adjustment shock. We thought we could get over the odd feel of the sheets if we felt cooler, but we could discern no difference in our temperature during the night so this product was a complete bomb for us.

I was fearful after reading some of these reviews.... Cheap sheets...yuck!! But I was pleasantly surprised. So pleased I quickly ordered another set. They are thin, and not made as well as others sheets, but I don't care. They are cool. My night sweats haven't decreased, but these sheets do make them more tolerable.
I've washed them 3 times now, and so far so good! Even my husband says they are cooler that our expensive sheets!!!

Now if I can find something cool to help me through my hot flashed during the day, I'D BE HAPPY!!!

I tried "Cool Sensations" and they are absolutely wonderful. The fabric has a very soft "hand" and actually feels like cotton. However, at night when I would normally wake up in a "hot sweat" these sheets really keep me cool. I would never use anything else now that I have been spoiled with the qualities of this product.

These sheets are the softest I've ever slept on! They keep me cool throughout the night. The silky feel of the fabric was like I died and went to heaven. So nice and soft that I don't ever want to get out of bed. Definitely helpful for anyone who suffers from night sweats and hot flashes!
