When I first saw this movie I HATED it, could hardly even watch it, but Teri Hatcher is my favorite actress so I felt I had to give it a shot, and now I love it...the weird thing is I can't really tell you WHY. It's one of those movies that you just have to get into, which isn't easy and it is hard to care about the main characters. Dani Payson (Teri Hatcher) is an actress who really will do anything she has to to be a star, and seduces a writer, Jarvis Scott (Robert Patrick) to get the lead in his new play. Jarvis doesn't have all his marbles as it is, after finding the body of his wife after she MAY have commited suicide, hard to tell but you start to feel differently about this scene as the movie progresses. I don't want to give a lot away, and even though the movie is probably best known for it's nudity, it is a great movie that is very intriguing and suspenseful. A must for any real Teri Hatcher fan and Robert Patrick fan.

I saw the movie years ago while she was on Lois and Clark, before the Desperate housewives craze.It was an ok movie , nothing special and I really dont think anything changes because of her (Teri Hatcher) newfound fame. The big calling card of the movie is Teri Hatcher nude,if this is why you want to watch the movie it will not disappoint,and as I said earlier it was OK>

Silly & trite, but sexy and a good time. Grab the candy bowl, butter the popcorn. This is a must for any and all Teri Hatcher fans and is pretty good B-movie fare - a very decent performance from Mizz Hatcher, both in and out of clothes!

This film is absolutely HOT!! The film is so full of erotic tension, even when there's 'nothing actually happening' (!). For that, the erotic appeal, I give it 5 stars, even though the story gets a bit unsatisfactory towards the end. It feels like it was originally different and some essential scenes were cut. But I can't say much more without giving too much away. I love the very ending, though! Calls for a sequel, really, which unfortunately never happened. I would have loved to see Robert Patrick in more steamy action... So, if you want to see two very good-looking people involved in loads of hot situations and talking - this is a film to get. Might be that the story is a bit confused - but who cares??? It's certainly not boring!

Yes, that's right...she gets naked. that, in my opinion, is the only reason I give it 3 stars. Other than that, it's a pretty dull and boring movie, until near the end when it gets.....weird!

This is a must for fans of Ms.Hatcher, she is sexy and smart in this film. The movie is trying to be a noir but it just doesn't make it. Acting is alright but the director needs to spend more time in class.

Good movie, good cast, but most of all the best part is Teri Hatcher naked throughout!

Man, I don't know what the other reviewers of this movie were smoking, but it should be illegal! This is, first off, a terrible DVD: 4:3 (full screen) format, with a dark, muddy picture. Worse, the plot is typical, predictable, and poorly written. Other than looking for glimpses of Teri Hatcher's body, sitting through this fiasco is a total bore. I was also surprised at how bad Teri's acting was in this movie, since I've seen her do much better in things she was in previous to this. That is probably the fault of the director, Erik Anjou, a third-rate director (at best!) who has done a total of two movies and one documentary. Gee, I wonder why he isn't in more demand (NOT!)!

I can enjoy "B" movies, and bad movies, but this one is just so totally non-involving that it is not even good enough to laugh at. I can't imagine that this mess was released on DVD for any reason other than to cash in on Teri Hatcher's current popularity, and to suck the cash out of people who are anxious to see a younger (29 year-old) Teri Hatcher nude.

Rent this, if you must, but, wow, there is no reason anyone should want to buy a movie this bad.

Teri Hatcher cavorts with the new guy in the neighborhood, just out of the slammer; conventional, with a surprise ending.

I have to say that even though Teti Hatcher's performance was good the movie itself was terrible. The plot was pretty dumb and the situations that take place in the movie are not believable. I can;t believe I wasted my money on this one!
