PREVIOUS MODEL:
We bought this new model as a replacement for our previous gazebo of this type (almost an exact match - the bolt holes even lined up on the concrete pad) which was destroyed by a tornado (along with 25 trees, 2-1/2 buildings and parts of my house). I can think of only two 'cons' regarding the previous model:

1) The cover retained water, which stretched the canvas out of shape. (The good thing about that was that it didn't leak and you could sit under it in a light rain)
2) The unit did not come with sun screens as advertised. We called about this and were told that that model didn't come with sun screens. They didn't really know what to say after we showed them their own web page with sun screens plainly listed in the ad for that model.

NEW MODEL:
This new model came exactly as advertised. Only two differences between the two models that I noticed:

1) The new model has more of a tight mesh cover which doesn't allow rain water to collect and stretch the fabric. Even so, we are still able to sit under the cover in a light rain without getting wet - maybe just slightly, but that's welcome in this southern Indiana summer climate. There's always the covered front porch to sit under if it's raining hard or a bit too cool to get a little wet.

2) This model came with all the sun screens and mosquito netting as advertised.

I have only two negative comments about this model:

1) The instructions for assembling the netting and screens were worse than vague. FYI - the sun screens go on the inside track with the ties to the outside; the mosquito netting goes on the outside track with the ties to the inside.

Pros: Easy to assemble, sturdy construction, looks good
Cons: Instructions are a joke - vague pictures with no explanations, one column came without all bolt holes drilled - was told am being sent a new one......still waiting after a month, NOT waterproof - when it rains you will get wet.

All in all I think it's a decent product, I actually bought it so I could take my parrots outside without them being able to fly away & it does serve that purpose. For a gathering spot though, it is a tad on the small side - can't fit a table & 5 chairs comfortably, maybe 3 chairs is a better guideline.

The top started falling apart after during the first season. I bought it in 2011 and now (2013) I have spent the entire morning trying to resew all the seams and replace some of the velcro that holds the top in place. Also the channels that hold the the sliders for the side pieces are not sized right and the panels fly off during the slightest breeze. My daughter bought a Gazebo last summer from Auldis for $99 and it lasted all last summer without any problems. Her family are enjoying theirs now while I try to sew mine back together.

It took 2 combined shipments to get one poorly engineered gazebo.
I will be grateful to get 2 seasons out of this.
UPS delivered the first box when I was home, the driver let me know what he thought of this product and I won't repeat it.
One end of the box had blown open with parts falling out as it was unloaded. It had obliviously sustained major damage in transit, there was yellow UPS tape all over it. I made a claim to Amazon on a Saturday, the following Monday I came home to find another box in my driveway. This one was in worse shape then the first. Between the 2 boxes I was hoping to make one gazebo.
BTW this is NOT 13' X 10', this is very misleading, After placing an 8' table inside the end chairs are outside of the gazebo. Unfortunately for me I found this out after my return window closed on July 4, which was when I set this up. I happen to go into BJ's and found a much nicer, higher quality gazebo for $499.
Most of this stuff is made in China so buyer beware!

we use the gazebo every weekend for outdoor dining without bugs!
had to have help putting together and instructions not real clear (which screen goes on which track), but now that we have it up - we love it!
