I don't. Whisper quiet and has a nice glow to it. The lights are placed on the side that would face inward if the fan was venting out. This doesn't really effect the light much but it will be slightly brighter if its placed as such. I have it on the bottom of my HAF 922 to pull air up into the case and its noticeable in airflow and light, just not sound.
Would recommend, ordered a second and will put them on my CoolerMaster hyper 212 cpu cooler, then put its 120mm fan on the bottom as I want the led fans centermost in the case to spread that lovely red glow around!

After reading some reviews which said this fan was quiet and the rest which said it was noisy i got confused, but i had already ordered it, so i connected it today and surprisingly it wasn't as noisy as i was expecting it to be, @ 2000rpm, and it moves quite a lot of air too.

Mine are running at 1800 rpm and are very noisy. My GPU's are running 3 degrees cooler but I'm not sure if it's worth it for the noise. I'm trying to slow them down but my EVGA X58 mobo doesn't seem to be able to control it below 100% output. So at 50% output I might only get a degree or two of cooling on the GPU's. I have yet to try to tap these into the chassis power to see what RPM they run at. Right now they are plugged into the motherboard. I do like the red LED lights though. I would rate these a star or two higher if I could get the to work properly, which is more because of the mobo I'm sure.
Update 15May10 I bought a Kaze Q fan controller. I can turn the fan down to less noisy RPM. It's still a noisy fan, but the cooling is good. I could say, with a fan controller, these fans are worth another full to 1/2 star. Its the only fan in the case I can hear running.
