I have 3.2Mhz Intel P4 Socket 478Minimum CPU Temp was 60C now is 35C. You have to remove MB to change but it's worth it.

this is one heck of a cooler, i use after effects cs4 which max out all 4 cores of my processor when rendering, and my cpu temps only hits like 41 degrees, as soon as rendering finish, it will return back to like 35 or 36 degrees, awesome cooler, only downside is screwing it on from the back side of the mobo
