I haven't seen a better one out there.
J. KOPP
This is a problem as the power supply for this case fouls the backup battery for the motherboard.
Mark N. Fullerton
The fan on the power supply starts to get noisy but remains operational.

General appearance of this case is pretty good as are the fit and finish, however there are a couple of things to worry about.

First the case claims to accommodate a 3.5" hard drive, and you can mount the drive but I was unable to find cables that could be connected. I even tried right angle SATA and power cables, but no go, the angle goes the wrong way. I had to bend a tab on the drive mounting bracket to make the connections. Second the mother board you are using must fit under the power supply, even a mini-ITX board. I used a Zotac IONITX-A-U (Great motherboard by the way) because I'm building a HTPC. The CMOS battery on the board is under the case supply and will not fit. The Zotac comes with an external power brick that you must use, so I didn't need the case supply and I removed it, but now there is a hole in the back of the case!

Lastly one of the screws that hold the drive bracket in place is on the front directly behind the face plate. Once your hard drive is mounted you can no longer get to the bottom latches to release the face plate making it very difficult to get to that screw.

Over all I would not recommend this case unless you know your board will fit under the power supply and you are using a 2.5" hard drive

Pro's:

Minimal power consumption. Small footprint. Included mounting options. Case comes with everything you need. Power supply, screws and instructions.

Cons:

Power supply covers PCI slot on the motherboard. Not a big deal though because there are NO expansion slots on the case anyway. So if you're thinking low profile PCI TV tuner, forget it. It's not happening with this case. Either go USB or look at a different product. Manual could use help. It's functional but difficult to find information you need as the contents of each page are written in 15 different languages. Thank gawd for the pictures. ; )

Other thoughts:

This is an excellent case. Cooler Master has truly made a great quality product here. It's small, constructed well, fairly well designed, and overall fantastic to look at. You seriously can't beat the price of the case with the power supply included. The mounting options it comes with are really awesome. I mounted my case to the back of my wife's 17" emachine LCD monitor and she absolutely loves it. I installed an Asus ITX-220 motherboard with 2 gigs of ram and a 40gb 7200 rpm 3.5 hard drive running Win XP. Absolutely fantastic. No issues.

I honestly can't recommend this case enough. Just remmeber, this is for a basic computer with no expansion. Keep that in mind and you'll be happy. It also might help to get someone with small hands to put it together for you as everything is very small.

Case is very solid. One minor drawback is that I use with it D945GCLF2 (Atom 330) and the power supply completely blocks the pci slot on the board. If you don't need to add PCI cards, then it is great.

Pro: great quality, well built, VESA mount to attach behind big screen, can fit macro atx MB as well (though a little tight.)

Cons: heavy, no standard size DVD/ BLUE RAY player case, PCI 1x not usable(expected for a mini itx case though) as it is underneath power unit, some extra spaces could have been used for different devices or extra (fan,...)

other: fits well with intel DG45FC (mini ITX), well ventilated

4 and a half stars. Dinged half a star because plastic tabs for holding front fascia on are a bit fragile and you have to be very careful. E.g. the tab holding the DVD bay cover broke as I (carefully) removed it to accept a slim-line drive. Obviously I don't need it unless I should decide to remove the DVD, but you get the point. I wish manufacturers would emphasis robustness and quality (i.e. use metal fasteners) over convenience (plastic tabs).

Plenty of space to allow effective passive cooling after putting in my ASUS mini-ITX board which doesn't have a CPU fan (no case fan either). PSU is a bit noisy (internal fan) but otherwise seems decent. Looks good and overall fit and finish is decent.

I'm happy with it!
