End-cutting nippers measure 6-1/4 inches long, are precision manufactured from forged alloy tool steel, electronically induction-hardened, with carefully designed angled cutting edges, blade sizes, throat clearance, and rivet size. The handles are designed to take advantage of leverage ratios to blades for easier cutting.
Product Description
Width of blades, clearance of throat, leverage ratio of handles to blades, size of rivet and angle of cutting edges have all been carefully designed to produce a top quality tool. Drop-forged alloy steel. Cutting edges are electronically induction hardened and hand honed. Finished with polished heads; red cushion grip handles. Conform to U. S. Federal Specifications GGG-N-350A, Type 1 Class 2, Style A.
