The Difference between "Flipping" Property and "Quick Turning" Property
You’ve no doubt heard about "Flipping" properties in the media, and how it is a criminal act. "Flipping" a property involves fraud and the collusion of usually everyone involved in the deal. Those who engage in flipping "rig" an appraisal, so the value of the property to be sold is inflated. They will also present fraudulent information on unqualified buyers’ mortgage applications, where the buyer appears to make more money, have better job stability and a better credit rating than they really do. Some of these crooks have even used children’s Social Security numbers and invented credit to obtain loans. I do not partake in, tolerate, or teach any of these practices.

I enjoyed Chuck Smith's "shoot from the hip" style. What amazes me is the income this man generates and he started with no college education or business experience. Chuck Smith also wears his heart on his sleeve. The story of his background and challenges he overcame to become a success will inspire you.Excellent book!
