THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT, THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE LID IS A BIT TRICKY TO GET LOCKED. BUT AFTER YOU HAVE MASTERED THE LID IT WORKS GREAT. KEEPS MY COFFEE HOT FOR APROX AN HOUR.
