I'm not sure what more I could ask for. It closes completely so it can roll around in the seat of the car as I'm driving and not make a mess. I've had mine for about two months and so far it hasn't leaked even once. The top goes on in either direction and I love the handle. It's easy to keep clean, though NOT dishwasher safe...but then I've not seen one that was in cute colors like this. I rinse mine out each evening and it's holding up just fine. The heat retaining capacity is impressive. My chai doesn't cool noticeably for several hours. For the price I don't think it can be beaten. I'm about to order a second one.

ETA: Been a couple of years now, and I have had four of these over that time...I still have and use three of them. Over time they tend to collect condensation under the plastic, even though I am careful when I hand wash them and never put them in the dishwasher. Two or three times they have had a rather disturbing malfunction. When sealed up quickly after filling, they seem to build up pressure and the whole handle assembly has popped way up, spewing how liquid everywhere. This seems to happen as the cups age, and the one I tossed was because it did that, or seemed like it was about to, multiple times. Since then, one of the others has done it, but given that I know it's possible I'm just careful to let them sit open for a moment to avoid it. So, to sum up, for less than $8 they're a fairly good deal. Does a good job of keeping things hot, doesn't leak, and isn't plastic on the inside. I'll keep them until someone makes an all-metal one that can go in the dishwasher and doesn't leak or spew while looking cute with a nice handle. I'm such a dreamer. ;-)

This mug works great! I love a mug that has a handle! This mug really keeps things hot and cold. It's hard to clean though.. I can't get my hand in the mug to clean out the coffee stains. And, by sink washing, water has gotten between the pink plastic shell and the silver mug underneath, and now I can see water through the plastic shell, and no way to get it out. Otherwise, it still works, but I'm afraid because of the moisture trapped between those layers, soon it will start to smell mildewy and I'll have to throw it away.

I'm on the second one of these mugs, the first got left at an airport by accident. The mug may look a little bit like a traffic cone but the don't let that turn you off. The lid fits nice and tightly, there are no drips or leaks when you drink. The same goes for the seal on the drink hole opening. I can put this thing full of hot coffee in the bottle cage on my bike and no hot coffee flys out when I hit a bump on my commute to work. Finally, The inside is stainless steal so there's no plastic taste to your coffee. Buy one, the environment will thank you.

I bought this to hold hot tea for my first class of the morning. In about half an hour the liquid becomes noticably cooler and in an hour it is lukewarm. This mug failed to meet my only standards-which are keeping my tea hot. I would suggest spending a little extra to buy a covered thermus.

I love this travel mug! I love the color, and I love that it can be adjusted for left-hand or right-hand use!

I love this mug. It never spills and keeps your drink warm for a long time. It is a bit hard to unscrew sometimes and you have to soak the lid once in awhile to get it really clean. I recommend just rinsing it out right away when you are done if you can. I've put it on the top rack of the dishwasher once a week with no issues so far.

.... My friend didn't fall in love with this mug and steal it! And since that is the only down fall, I definitely can't complain, it keeps coffee hot, and is pleasant to hold with the radiating warmth. Also does a good job keeping your liquid in your cup!

had a set of grey ones and bought the pink for another family member. during first run in the dishwasher, water seeped in between the pink plastic and the metal liner, and there is no way to get it out. after three runs through the dishwasher, there was so much trapped water that we had to throw the mugs away. i encourage you to choose another product.

Hot drinks go cold right away. It's a slight step up from a foam hot/cold cup.
Not worth the money. Also it spills if you tilt it.

I liked the color of the mug, and it seems a good rinse is all it needs to keep it clean. (Other reviews I read suggested *not* to submerge it when hand-washing, or put it in the dishwasher.) That having been said, sometimes it leaks, and it does not keep my tea as hot as I would like for as long as I would like. (Admittedly, I do not fill it with hot water for 5mn 1st like it suggests - seems rather wasteful and time-consuming to do that.)
