This mug isn't sealed properly. Hot tea leaks out of the seam between the lowest portion of the mug (green rubber part) and the steel part on top of it. It also bubbles out near the top of the mug. In addition, the inside of the mug is plastic, not steel...not a huge deal for me, but I know there are a lot of people who avoid plastic. I'm giving this product two stars only because I don't know if it's just my mug that is leaky, or if they all have this problem. What a waste.

I was kind of worried after seen the reviews because they were all over the place. This mug works really well! I like the you can control steeping and it has a stainless steel basket. No more tea bags on the run for me!

I bought this for my husband. He likes to take tea to work in the mornings and he loves it. I think the only complaint I would have is that sometimes it is difficult to pull out the basket where the tea bag goes into. Otherwise, great, durable product.
