The Best!,

I have hundreds of dollars invested in the best baking pans money can buy. For years I've had them sliding off shelves, stacked in cupboards, driving me crazy, but I've never found a rack that would accommodate them in an organized fashion.... until I found the Copco Adjustable Bakeware Organizer. I bought three and "easily" mounted them on top of a pantry shelf. I set the dividers just exactly how I wanted them and Voila! all of my treasured bake ware is perfectly organized and easy to retrieve. They are sturdy and well made and best of all they work the way "I" want them to.

November 2010- I purchased this rack to replace another organizer that didn't work quite right. Although it is smaller than I had thought it would be, it has plenty of room to organize all of my stoneware and cookie sheets. The previous system I used didn't hold up under the weight of the stoneware pizza stones, but this one is doing its job beautifully.
August 2011- After months of abuse this rack continues to stand strong. It is currently holding 2 pizza stones, a stoneware cookie sheet, a stoneware bar pan and numerous metal cookie sheets. I wish I had found this before and saved myself years of frustration.

I ordered 2 of these for my new over-fridge cabinet, and they have been great! The wires are good and sturdy; I have a LOT of bakeware and I fit all the cookie sheets and pizza sheets and pizza stones and thinner items in the different dividers, and put the muffin tins and fatter things in between the two units. You can remove a single wire to create an extra-large space, but this was a better use of space, to me. I haven't actually installed it, and it does not seem to budge on its rubber feet. I'd rather not have to screw into my new cabs if I can avoid it!

Solid, but a pain to install vertically...,

I chose to install the rack on the wall in a lower kitchen cabinet. My biggest complaint was that the base part of the rack was an inch or two thick and the very short screws were extremely hard to place since the holes were set in so deep. I was also missing a screw from the packaging, but I will admit that it still seems stable without the 4th. The shelves themselves seem very sturdy once they are installed. I think a couple of very small design changes could make installation much easier without compromising stability.

I agree with the other reviewers, this bakeware organizer is surprisingly solid and stable with slots that can be left out to make room for larger items and a wall mount option as well. Well done Copco.

I bought this to help separate cutting boards from pizza peels from cookie sheets in the vertical cabinet I use for those items. In that regard, it works well. The base is fairly heavy and the wire dividers are completely removable... in fact, the whole thing comes disassembled. For those curious about the "multi-way mounting options" in the description, you can have it vertical as shown or there are mounting screws that should enable you to use it as a horizontal shelf system. I have no idea if it's strong enough for horizontal mounting.

First, I realize this is adjustable, but I don't feel I'm getting the most bang for my buck if I don't get to use the whole product. The slots are very narrow, much to narrow for a cake pan or even a pie pan. It is nice for the flatter bakeware like cookie sheets. We bought several brands and this was my least favorite, I prefer the brands with wider bands. It is sturdy and heavy.

I used it so the bottom is actually screwed to the side of the cabinet and the pans slide in horizontally. It was tricky to put in but it holds all the pans nicely and they remain easily accessible. The metal hooks come out of the prongs a little too easily but all in all it was a good buy.

This product is not on a 10" x 10" base but rather an 8.5" x 10" base, the short side being its width (that is, how much room there is to hold stuff). It remains to be seen if it will work okay but my first reaction is disappointment because I measured what I had to work with and was counting on what was advertised.

I bought this after we moved into a house with very little kitchen space. This holds my pampered chef large bar and pizza stones perfectly so they do not rub or scratch one another.
