Excellent mug, easy to clean, reversible handle, fits great in the cup holder, keeps coffee warm, we love it!

I bought this mug on a whim, and I am very pleased with it. Keeps beverages hot longer than most insulated mugs.. Easy to clean, too. Great for commuters...

This mug was ok. It kept my coffee hot as expected. While it was empty it was knocked off of my coffee table (about 2 feet high) and the top shattered so now it keeps nothing hot. I'm the type of person that needs a durable mug to run around with and this was not it.

very cheap quality and leaked on the first use. Where the plastic and metal meet leaked the first time it I tried to use it. It's not from the screw up cap but below it. Do your self a favor and spend a few more dollars to get a better quality thermos/ travel mug

I reviewed a bunch of travel mugs on this site and decided on this one despite the glaring review of one person as "don't buy this mug!" I bit the bullet and did anyways. Well it arrived quickly (within 4 days) and was packaged neatly. I have had ZERO issues with this mug. Don't know what the others are talking about the lid not lining up, because mine is flush with the mug. Also, it kept my hot coffee just that for at least 45 min. (I drank it within that time frame). I have never heard of any travel mug keeping liquid hot for 4 or 5 hours. The mug DOES get slightly warm on the outside when the liquid is inside -- but not hot so that you can't handle it. The design is simple, nothing flashy, etc. When I sipped from the mug it didn't leak. If I had one issue (why I gave 4 out of 5 stars) it would be about the handle, it is a "bit" too close to the mug. I would've made it wider, but maybe I just have big hands for a girl! LOL. Mug was worth it for the price paid, end of story.

I got these cups for my ice coffee and love them. I also chose these be cause someone said they were diswasher safe, but the instructions say wash by hand, and I love them so much am unwilling to chance it, so I wash them by hand. Someone also said that they were hard to twist on and get them were you could drink right or left. Just takes a little practice, I have had these for a couple months and now know just were to start the lid to get it were I want it. diffently worth the little effort it takes.

Ok I finally tryed washing them in the dish washer, and they are dish washer safe.

This product is durable, and definitely dishwasher safe, but it could be more attractive and keep beverages warmer longer. I found that there was a lot of air escaping, which meant that my tea did not stay warm as long as in my other thermal travel mugs.

So I filled the mug with hot water for 5 minutes before using... still my coffee didn't stay hot for longer than 4O minutes. Second time around I kept sliding the mouthpiece shut after every sip to keep the heat in (a real inconvenience) but even with this, the coffee didn't stay hot for longer than 50 mins. Just not the thing for me. I'm a writer and I like to stay put for hours. Too bad. I really wanted a mug with a handle. Now I'll just have to get that OXO mug that everyone raves about.

The top is badly threaded so that it's impossible to line up the drink opening at a right angle to the handle on either side, let alone both as advertised. The good news is that when I complained to Copco, they immediately offered to replace my cups with a different model, so they get four stars (minus one for not doing it right in the first place!).
