Ok.. This is a fun kettle. It boils fine, whistles nicely... however the metal guard under the bottom of the handle will melt the plastic handle if it gets too hot. If you have a gas stove... it is not a good choice. Secondly, after a year... the spigot was rusting from the inside. The tea kettle has rust spots at the welds and stain marks down the inside of the kettle. I just wonder how long I have been drinking that. I would not buy this brand again. 1 Year is a very very short lifespan for a kettle. Not worth the bucks.

Great Cow Pot!,

The cow teapot is great! It was a Christmas gift for a "cow" collector and was a big hit. The pot arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thank you. Flora Turner

Story behind the gift ~ friend/client of now ex-father-in-law was sitting next to me on the couch during one of his fancy parties wearing a holstien calf coat, we were each enjoying a very nice glass of wine... Out of the blue my off the wall sense of humor kicked in and I turned to her and said "good thing you're not fat or you'd have to wear a bell with that thing".The entire room went silent. Moments later we both looked at each other and busted out laughing until we cried (resulting in someone immediately snatching my glass of wine ~ hahahaha) ~ this was the wedding gift from her, my (now ex)husband and I literally fell over laughing when we opened the gift, it was that great. LOVE LOVE LOVED it and laughed every time I used it. The bummer about this pot is that it did eventually rust from the inside and the bottom of the handle does melt a bit on a gas range so it's not a forever kind of thing but God I loved that pot. I actually cried when it came time to throw it out. Think I'll buy another just because :oD
