I bought 3 different BPA-free travel tumblers on Amazon last month. This one good, and I'll definitely keep using it, but it does not compare well to the quality and features of the other 2.

All three are all priced within a few dollars of each other, and available for Free Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime. I have used them only for ice water and iced tea (black and herbal), and they hold no residual flavors, even with strong teas like peppermint. I cannot vouch for how any of them would fair with smoothies, soda, or coffee drinks.

I'd rank them in this order

BEST: Aladdin Migo Aero 16-Ounce Insulated Water Tumbler with Straw, Purple
Pros: Double wall reduces sweating, stays cold, tight-fit lid, looped top handle makes it easy to carry when my hands are full, lid is domed on the interior, which makes it easy to put on even if it's full and ice cubes are pushed up by the straw, looks very cool, fits in car cup holder, can be left at a 60 degree angle without spilling, eligible for Amazon's 4 for 3 promotion.
Cons: Only 16 ounces are insufficient for a very hot day.

VERY GOOD: 3 Pack of BPA Free 16oz To-Go Double Wall Plastic Tumblers with 6 Reusable Straws
Pros: Double wall reduces sweating, stays cold, look very much like real drinking glasses, lids are very secure, fit in a car cup holder, six straws included for the three cups in the package, 3 cups with 3 different color straws, eligible for Amazon's 4 for 3 promotion, BPA-free.
Cons: Lids are a little more difficult to put on because they are wider, the pink straw and the red straw look similar in dim light causing some bickering between my kids, only 16 ounces are insufficient for a very hot day, I had to go to the manufacturer's website to find out that they are BPA-free.

Pros: 24 ounce capacity saves me trips back to the kitchen for refills, silicone band around the middle provides no slip grip, easier to see the color in dim light.
Cons: NOT double-walled so it sweats profusely and feels a lot less sturdy than the other 2, lid is a little more difficult to put on because they are wider, not eligible for the Amazon 4 for 3 promotion.

I bought one of these cups after seeing one of my friends with one. I have since ordered 4 more as gifts! You can't find these colors anywhere for this price (around $13 every where else). These cups are FANTASTIC!!! Durable, cute, perfect size, AWESOME & unique straw (that doubles as a stirrer)...I could go on and on about this cup. I use it daily for iced coffee then after a quick wash I fill it and use it all day with ice water. It can be taken to your fav coffee place and filled with any 'venti' size cold drink and you'll save .20 for bringing your own cup! Two notes: 1st, even though it says dishwasher safe I would recommend hand washing to prolong the life of the cup. And 2nd, The lid has a rubber ring that seals the cup from spills. Be careful not to turn the lid too tight or you'll loosen the ring and have to use something to stuff it back. It is an easy fix, but I didn't realize when I bought it that it has a quarter turn locking lid. **even though lid seals you can still spill through the hole for the straw**

LOVE LOVE LOVE this cup!!!

I bought the Starbucks version of this style cup for $15 and liked it but wanted a cheaper version of it so I could have several on hand. I found these here and bought three of them. They are very nice for what they are intended for and I do like them but they aren't as nice as the Starbucks one. These are not double walled so their insulation is not as good and that causes them to sweat. But I can live with that. The straws on these are MUCH better than the one that comes with the Starbucks cup because they have a stirring mechanism built in with the "fins" on the bottom.

All in all they are very nice and I would recommend them to others. However, if you are looking for the same quality as the Starbucks cup you will be somewhat disappointed with these.

Someone I know raved about their Starbucks double-walled cold cup and I went to Amazon hoping to buy my own. They were out of stock at the Starbucks stores and being sold by others on Amazon for outrageous prices, so I investigated other options.

I wanted a 24 oz. cup so that narrowed my choices right off the bat. The Copco Sierra tumblers looked really cute and I liked the rubber grip feature, secure lid and "finned" straw. All the initial reviews were positive so I purchased 2 of these.

The bright colored versions of these tumblers are exactly the same as the brown version, but for some reason Amazon has them listed separately. Someone who reviewed the brown one said that they were double-insulated and did not "sweat" though other people said they did.

Here's the real deal: they are NOT double-insulated, and they DO "sweat!" See my photos for verification. Even the rubber hand grip portion collects condensation, and also gets very cold- so overall I would say these are not very well insulated and you need a coaster if you don't want a wet table.

The other thing that disappointed me is that the tumblers are not comfortable to drink out of directly (without the straw and lid), because of the threads for the screw-on lid. sometimes I like to use a cup like this without a straw, but I won't be using this one that way. The screw-on feature does make the lid more secure, so it's a trade-off.

Bottom line is, I like but don't love these tumblers. Guess I'll wait for the next shipment of the double-walled ones from Starbucks unless something better comes along!

I've been on a quest to find a new cup for work.. and I'm glad to say I've found it! This is easily my new favorite cup. The material is a nice and sturdy plastic the top lid uses a quarter turn lock so it doesn't require a whole lot of effort to get it on and off the cup. If closed correctly it will prevent any major spills from occurring should it get knocked over, However liquid can escape through the straw hole and the seal if not turned right side up in a timely fashion. Overall it provides a fun and stylish way to be ECO-friendly with your cool summer drinks.

I absolutely love this cup. I bought one in blue for my boyfriend, who drinks tons of soda but likes to put ice in it, and after seeing how much he enjoyed it I tried it & ended up buying a purple one for myself, even though the sale had ended and the price was higher. It was totally worth it. It's an excellent, high-quality product; the double walls are barely noticeable, except when you realize that even in an 80-degree house with four ice cubes in the cup, there is NO sweating. It keeps your stuff cold; the grip is comfortable, and clumsy me has NEVER dropped it; the plastic is really easy to clean (note: I don't have a dishwasher, so I hand-rinse -- no soap necessary, even dried-on Coca-Cola spots rinse right off). The stirrer shape on the end of the straw is ingenious, and the rubber seal inside the lid combined with the snug (but absolutely not inconvenient) straw opening makes spilling a thing of the past, even when the cup is ON ITS SIDE. This is an incredible product, made with the consumer in mind, not just the money; would buy again x1000.

This was a gift from my daughter and it is perfect for mixing my protein shake every morning. I just fill it about 3/4 full with fat-free milk or water, plop in the protein powder, add a little ice, screw on the lid, place finger over lid hole and shake-shake-shake. Voila! A perfectly mixed shake with the added attraction of a clever little stir straw. Just like that.....I'm good to go!

I really liked these cups a lot when I initially ordered them. Everyone said they get sweaty but I didn't find that to be true and I live in warm weather. What I did't like after using them for a few months is that the lid did not screw on correctly after awhile because the rubber part inside the lid first became stretched out and then it altogether came off; it's not possible to put it back in because it stretched out so now the cup leaks all over the place if you don't drink out of it completely upright. I'm kind of irritated because I use these for travel and after only a few months they are useless to me.

I make my own iced coffee and have a collection of reusable iced coffee cups and I can say without a doubt this is the worst one of the bunch.

The biggest problem is that this cup is NOT double insulated. Which means that your cup sweats. A lot. And it doesn't keep your drink colder than a regular cup. What's the point of an iced coffee cup that gets you all wet?

Also the lid doesn't screw on very well so on top of all the other issues it has it also leaks. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this.

This was exactly what I wanted. It is a great cup. It has a rubber seal around the lid to keep it from leaking. However, it could leak through the straw hole if knocked over. I gave only 4 stars because I would prefer a double walled cup. This cup does sweat quite a bit and the ice doesn't stay as long as it would in an insulated cup. Unfortunately, all of the insulated cups are 16 ounces or smaller and I wanted something that would hold quite a bit more. I would definitely recommend the cup.
