5.0 out of 5 stars Waiting to Inhale!, November 16, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Coping With Fibromyalgia (Red Book) (Paperback)
Reading The Red Book was like taking a breath for the first time in a long, long while. The author writes from her personal and professional experience with Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS). Her approach is affirming, reassuring and informative. Ediger gives specifics re: diagnosing FMS. As one who has spent years trying to identify the source of the illusive physical, emotional and psychological symptoms of FMS, I couldn't wait to share it with my husband and others. It was like being vindicated...there really is something wrong; the fatigue and pain are real. Amazon, you've got to get this book back in stock. I read a borrowed copy and want to give it to others dealing with FMS. It is a 'must read' for physicians, families, anyone whose life is touched by FMS.
