Having been recently been diagnosed with Age-Related Macular Degeneration, I found this book to be quite helpful. I read about what I could expect as I grew older. I was also better able to educate my family as to what I was going through. (I do kind of resent the label "Age Related Macular Degeneration" as if I need any reminders that most of my problems are a result of having had "too many birthdays" as one doctor tole me.)
Thank you for providing me with this valuable resource.

Dr. Price's handbook is an easy to read introduciton to this ever increasing eye disorder. The practical tips and use of vision aids should help readers better adjust to this increasingly ocfcuring problem.
