Ms. Henion truly honors her family's law enforcement history with this extraordinary first novel! She has interjected some of the most interesting aspects of crime fighting into her story. She was apparently paying a lot of attention to her own family member's careers in police work. I would like to give this book to all the daughter's of law enforcement officers that I know. Ms. Henion weaves a suspenseful novel with threads of romance, family honor, and the special love and bond a daughter has for a father in law enforcement. I would recommend this book to all the father's too!! I truly enjoyed reading this first novel, and I can't wait for more to follow."

Laura Marie Henion is truly talented and gives great insight on the everyday life of a law enforcement family. Cop's Daughter: Victoria is a real page turner filled with well developed characters and fast paced suspense. A must read for those who enjoy reading, but don't have a lot of time to do so. I absolutely couldn't wait for this intense story to unfold - I couldn't put the book down. I am looking forward to reading the other books in the series. I highly recommend this one - you will not be disappointed!!!

In a world of dime a dozen cop books, Laura Marie Henion's Cop's Daughter (Victoria) is a fantastic diversion from the otherwise mundane cop drama's out there. Henion's storytelling will keep you up later than you'd thought, hoping to find out what happens next! If you're looking for a page turner, this is it. I would highly recommended The Cop's Daughter Series for a real inside look at the life of a law enforcement family & the daughter who will stop at nothing to get to the truth. Kudos to Henion. Keep them coming!

This was a perfect book for the beach! I loved the way Laura developed the characters! I couldn't put it down!

I just finished reading Cop's Daughter - Victoria. I enjoyed it very much and am looking forward to reading Lauren. Keep up the good work and keep them coming!

IT'S THE FIRST IN A SERIES OF SUSPENSE NOVELS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF POLICEMEN'S DAUGHTERS - A SUBJECT WITH WHICH MS HENION IS VERY WELL ACQUAINTED. THE STORY IS FAST-PACED WITH VERY INTERESTING CHARACTERS AND, OF COURSE, A LOVELY COP'S DAUGHTER HEROINE - VICTORIA. THE SUSPENSE BUILDS UP AS THE STORY UNFOLDS AND KEEPS THE READER GUESSING UNTIL THE VERY END. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK AND CAN'T WAIT TO READ THE NEXT ONE - WHICH I'VE JUST ORDERED!

*****I give this book 5 stars!! What an easy but interesting read. I could not put it down. From a fellow "Cop's Daughter" Ms. Henion hit this one on the head. Truly a descriptive, appealing and at times gripping book. I'm looking forward to reading the others!

Laura Marie Henion is very adept at suspense.
The tension in Cop's Daughter builds then twists around taking the reader
on a ride. You will be on the edge of your seat as the story unfolds.
The characters were well written and the plot intense.
A must read for lover's of suspense.
