Bought this to make 150 copies of home movies to give back to the kids. Copied with no problems what so ever, average time for copying was 3-5 min.
There is no bells and whistles with this model but you dont need any so why pay for it. I highly recommend this product for care free duplication.I also copied a music CD in less than 3 min.

This duplicator was DOA. I called the customer service number and to my surprise they answered within three rings! The technician knew exactly what wrong and coached me through the repair, (loose connector).
Once repaired the unit performed flawlessly and has, ever since.

I bought this to make copies of training videos for my small business. It works exactly as promised. Simple set up, user friendly. I highly recommend this for the home user.

Like other people have said, it's not a fancy machine but it certainly does a good job for less cost. I burn about 20 CD's a week and it's great!

Turn it on, insert master and target and this copier goes to work. No display, no controls. But, in making dozens of copies i have had no failures. It is quite fast, although i don't know at what speed it copies. When done the target disc appears; you can add another blank for multiple copies or move on to the next task. It will copy dvds but not of course those with copyprotect in place.

Great unit and very simple to use. I've burned about 60 DVDs so far and not had any problems.

The Duplicator works great...no problems. However, I've tried to contact their product support to find out what the phono jacks are for on the back of the unit, but have been unable to do so.

Their documentation (Manual) is rather lacking in information.

This is a nice, compact CD/DVD duplicator and reasonably priced. However, right out of the box, after you use it 3 or 4 times, it jams up and won't dupe. I figured out you have to unplug it, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. I just sent it back - annoying.

I just go it today and plugged it up. I tried 6 different DVD's and 3 CD. Did not work. I tried to find tech support but it only came with a sheet of paper and CD. That had the same sheet of paper on it and that's it. I am sending this back and hopefully find a good copier. For those who said it work for them I am glad but for me I think I need another brand.

I ordered a copypal from Amazon they sent it out fast and it was packed well,but the unit did not work.Sent the unit back the same day and I rec'd a new one with in 4 days, the new unit works very well just put a master dvd in the top slot and a blank in the bottom and bingo a copy.This unit will not make a copy of a copygaurd dvd.It will not copy any dvd's burned on a stand alone dvd burner,if you burn something on a comp.it works great so if have a stand alone vhs/dvd unit and you want to make cops of your dvd's that you just made forget it.CopyPal Single Target DVD Duplicator without LCD Display D01CLCOSASSO (Black)CopyPal Single Target DVD Duplicator without LCD Display D01CLCOSASSO (Black)
