Great Way to Learn Copyright,
By
This review is from: Copyright: Examples & Explanations, 2e (Paperback)
This book takes copyright law and breaks it down into managable steps. Many textbooks fail to explain the law of copyright and only provide cases to illustrate concepts. By using this book you can easily learn a semesters worth of material in a few weeks. I'm a die hard fan of the Expanations & Examples series but this one went above and beyond my expectations. The examples are numerous and the explanations are very detailed. A must have for anyone studying copyright or considering applying for copyright protection.

Not a true outline,

It's pretty good as a study aid, but not a true outline. The coverage of the fair use doctrine should be expanded. Nevertheless, it's much better than the Nutshell series.

This book was very helpful to get a quick overview of the subject before the exam. It was really good to clear some topics that were not that well explained in class. Definitely recommend to those who do not have time to read their case book before the exam.
