Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I bought this book with a bit of hesitancy that another long and windy academic study would follow. But to my delight I found a very readable and enjoyable study bringing insight into my patchy understanding of Le Corbusier's life. Mind you, I studied under Jose luis Sert, Joseph Zalewski and J. Soltan, and others from his studio, and have been associated with Balkrishna Doshi for four decades, but this book tied together many threads and confirmed many positive ideas I have coveted about Le Corbusier and his mission. It is better than a good novel for anyone who loves architecture and its history.
