The instruction manual is terrible, uses up batteries in 2 weeks and the cord is short and stiff which make the phone move across the desk with the slightest pull.

Who ever heard of a unit that requires a power adapter to work but doesn't come with it? The manual gives no clue as to what adapter to buy. I tried one that came with another machine, which got it working. It worked for about an hour until I received a call then it decided it doesn't get along with my answering machine and disabled all the phones in the house. The handset doesn't work at all. No more JWIN for me!
