I bought the Model 25951 phone and within 2 months (after the warranty expired of course), the phone was junk. The volume went out. The volume was all the way on high and I could barely hear on the phone. So now I have to throw away this phone and purchase another and it won't be a GE after this experience.

We received the phone system for Christmas. The first unit had a malfunctioning answering machine. We exchanged it today for another unit. The answering machine malfunctioned on this unit too. Stay away from this product.

I was quite disapointed with these phones. You can't be on parallel phones. If two people want to talk together to the party who called them you have to install a different phone. The whole purpose of buying these phones with three extensions was for more than one person to be on the line at one time. People who call me often ask me to speak louder as they don't hear me well. I must say
that the quality of these phones leaves a lot to be desired.

Purchased this phone set on sale. Now I know why it was so deeply discounted. The units are nothing but junk! Can't hear a thing on any of the handsets. If I could rate this lower than 1 star, I would.

We thought the convenience of not having to have a phone jack for every phone would make this product useful. MISTAKE! This is of very poor quality. No Volume. Difficult to transfer to another slave unit. Can't use more than one phone at a time. Don't buy it.

I have only had this piece of junk ONE day and it is on the way back! The volume control and the speaker are terrible! The back lighted text area is so small I need a magnifying glass! NO way to make the fonts bigger or change the style!

The set up is not hard but the volume control is BAD!

May be a great item, but so far we haven't even gotten the answering machine to work and are in the process of returning the phones

I got these phones for my daughter for Christmas and they really like them. The sound quality is great.

I purchased this phone because I already have another one which I really like. Unfortunately the seller advertised this as a new phone when, in fact, it is reconditioned and has seen alot of use by a previous owner given the fact that the paint is worn off the ear piece. I also can't seem to stop the phone from playing "The Flight of the Bumblebee" when it rings! The handsets are already designated by the previous owner on the caller ID screen as kitchen, master bedroom and living room.

In short,I have always been happy with this particular GE phone model but am not at all happy that the phone is not new as advertised.

This product was a good fix for the problem I was having with the frequency jumping. Only problem I have is that it is a little hard to figure out some of the more advanced functions when the phone is in use.
