The Pronto did not disappoint! It works perfectly and now there's no need to hassle with cork screws! This is a great product and I'm definitely recommending this to friends.

What a fun device. Just got it and tested it on a wine bottle. This works effortlessly and quickly! I didn't even have to read the instructions it was so easy. What a great gift idea! I'm off to enjoy the wine I just opened!

THIS ONE WORKS! Nothing spoils a good bottle of wine like an opener that doesn't work. I've had cork screws break corks, push corks into bottles and even break the tops off bottles....the Pronoto solves all those problems. If you like wine and I do....You'll LOVE the Pronto! Cheers!

Product wroked well. What a deal! Never again will I have to strain to open a bottle of wine. This is a real crowd pleaser at parties too.

tried it last night worked great. it does say there is a small percentage of corks it won't work with. those are probably the ones you break your manual corkscrew on trying to open.

Opens bottles effortlessly, quietly and efficiently. My wife is very happy with it and so am I.

It does what it is supposed to do...it's just a weak slightly slow one compared to some others i used. And feels a little cheaper made. I think so far the emerson one was the best.

but no problems with it. it opens bottles for us lazy people that dont feel lilke struggling to open a bottle

We already have a Braun opener, so my comparison is between the two. The Braun is much heavier duty and I've only had to charge it twice in over a year's usage. The Pronto seems much cheaper and sounds a little weak when opening a bottle. It almost sounds like it is going to die in the middle of the process. I haven't had it long enough to say how the battery holds up, but so far it seems OK. I definitly works well enough, but I think I'd spend the extra on the Braun...

The box I received was missing the foil cutter. The product box was also damaged even though the outer cardboard box from Amazon was intact and it was protected with the inflatable packing material Amazon uses. There are also a couple of small scratches on the opener. From what I can tell, it looks that I was shipped a previously used item that was missing the foil cutter.

Contacted company via email and they made things right. Also, opener works great. Tried to change rating from 1 to 5 stars but could not. Will buy more of these to give as gifts.

The charger stopped working after 9 months with a 12 month warranty. I cannot find any product info online so I wrote the company listed on the box. They never responded so I am stuck!
