Cordless Stick up Light Bulb As Seen on Tv

I don't know why I thought this would be a lot more versatile.
I thought it actually accepted a light bulb and you could plug whatever into it. Turns out it's just a LED or few on a stick that's covered with a cheap, plastic bulb-shaped cover.
On the up side, it goes great in my pantry. I've got some Energizer NiMH recharable AA batteries in it and so far it's burned far longer han I thought. I left it on for 24 hours once and it kept on going. I haven't recharged the batteries yet. And of course regular NiMH recharable batteries drain themselves ~ 1% a day even if they're not used.

If you want some LEDs housed in a light bulb shaped fixture with mounting hardware and a pull-string style on/off switch, this is for you.

I purchased two of these and they both stopped working after 1-2 weeks. Such a short-lived investment and huge dissapointment. Would have been great if they weren't built so poorly.

I am not using this product presently because I'm having a great deal of difficulty finding replacement bulbs.
