This wouldn't work, no matter what we did (my son and I). we are fairly handy, but to no avail. I am not convinced that it may be the fault of my internet connection, but, I am able to make Yahoo Messenger calls from my computer (via the wireless network at home), so I really don't know what the problem is. very disappointed! I wasn't able to try it out right away, so the vendor would not take it back. if you try it, be sure to do it immediately, so you can send it back if it doesn't work.
