Cordyceps is one of the best energy tonics in Chinese medicine. It is used to strengthen your kidneys, heart and lungs.This particular brand is very good. This product is in powder form. So, you will need to put a spoon in a half cup of hot water to take it. Cordyceps has a nice nutty smell when it is a good brand. Not something I particularly care to drink.
