As a nurse who works in a Primary Care setting as a telephone triage nurse, I have the opportunity to interact with all staff in the clinical setting. This is an excellent resource for me to effectively document to aide those caring for patients in the clinical setting. This in a truely beneficial book for all who look for a positive patient outcome.
